Welcome to Swappy. We prioritize privacy, speed, and transparency. Before initiating an exchange, please read these guidelines to ensure a smooth transaction, by using swappy.sh you agree to these terms.
1 How It Works
1. Select Pair
Choose the crypto you want to send and the one you want to receive.
2. Enter Address
Provide the destination wallet address where you want to receive funds.
3. Deposit
Send the exact amount to the generated deposit address within 30 minutes.
2 Fees & Rates
Swappy uses an aggregator engine to find the best rates across multiple liquidity providers.
- All-inclusive Rate: The rate you see includes our small service fee (0.5% - 1%) and estimated network costs.
- Network Fees: Standard blockchain mining fees are deducted from the final payout.
3 Permanent Receipts
After every successful swap creation, Swappy generates a Permanent HTML Receipt.
This receipt contains your Order ID, input/output transaction hashes, and timestamps. You should bookmark your receipt link immediately after creating an order. It serves as your proof of transaction.
30-Minute Deposit Rule
You must send funds within 30 minutes of creating the order.
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. To guarantee the exchange rate and ensure liquidity availability, our system locks the order parameters for exactly 30 minutes.
Avoid sending funds from custodial exchanges (like Coinbase or Binance) if they batch transactions or have withdrawal delays. If the funds arrive on the blockchain after the 30-minute window, the order will fail.
Refund Policy
Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, we have strict policies regarding refunds.
No Refund If
Funds are sent after the 30-minute window has expired. These funds may be permanently lost due to rate expiration.
No Refund If
You send the wrong coin or use the wrong network (e.g., sending USDT via BSC instead of Ethereum).
*In rare cases of technical system failure on our end, refunds will be processed minus network fees.
Need Help?
If you have an issue with an active order, please email us immediately with your Order ID, Transaction Hash and Screenshot of payment, we may take upto 7 days to confirm & refund.
